At 39 Dollar Social, we strive to deliver high-quality digital services on time. However, due to the nature of digital work and custom software development, we maintain a strict refund policy to protect both our clients and our team.
1. Eligibility for a Refund
We offer refunds ONLY under the following specific circumstances:
- Project Not Started: If you cancel your order before our team has started working on your project, you are eligible for a full 100% refund.
- Missed Deadline (Late Delivery): If we fail to deliver the project by the agreed-upon deadline, and the delay is solely our fault, you are entitled to a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:
- Once the project has started and work is in progress (unless the deadline is missed).
- If you change your mind or decide you no longer need the service after work has begun.
- If the project is delayed because you (the client) failed to provide necessary information, assets, or feedback in a timely manner.
- If the completed work matches the agreed-upon scope but you simply "don't like it" (we offer revisions instead).
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us immediately with your Order ID and the reason for the request.
